Counseling is a perfect way to help every day people handle every day problems. My goal as a therapist is to guide others in identifying their barriers and create healthy coping mechanisms in order for them to achieve their best quality of life. 

I have a variety of experience in working with mental health disorders, and am passionate about helping those with Personality and Mood Disorders. I'm trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing (MI). 

I'm able to incorporate my techniques on a client to client basis to help make each session a unique, comfortable and safe place.
